What is Xero For Good?

Xero For Good is a social impact initiative from Xero to empower small businesses with tools and support, to help with their long-term success and sustainability efforts. Xero For Good delivers impactful programs that strengthen communities through financial education, strategic growth funding, ethical supply chain practices, and carbon footprint management, creating positive change where it matters most.

Current initiatives that fall under Xero For Good include Know Your Numbers (NZ) Unlock Your Numbers (UK) and Xero For Good: Financial fitness (AU), Community Connect (our volunteering program), Xero For Purpose (a 25% discount for non-profits), social procurement, and carbon accounting app partnerships.

What is Xero For Good: Financial fitness?

Xero For Good: Financial fitness is a free program designed to empower small businesses and entrepreneurs with the general financial knowledge they need to succeed. It includes access to digestible and actionable educational resources in a variety of formats, and mentoring from accounting and bookkeeping professionals.

How does the program work?

The Xero For Good: Financial fitness program has two key components:

A free educational platform which includes training and downloadable resources delivered in an interactive and easy-to-absorb format hosted on a web platform.
The Xero For Good Ambassador Program which offers free mentoring support to small businesses from Xero accountants and bookkeepers.

Where is Xero For Good: Financial fitness offered?

The program is available in Australia as Xero For Good: Financial fitness, in New Zealand as Know Your Numbers, and in the UK as Unlock Your Numbers.
